I note with great interest that Mr Sawyer advocates the "building of a public swimming pool, gymnasium or tennis courts," (Co-operation needed for progress at Underhill', Times Letters, June 27).
Surely these facilities will require seven-day-a-week use, which is exactly what Mr Sawyer and his organisation have been claiming that Barnet FC would do with with their new stadium, and exactly what Mr Sawyer and co. have been so vociferously opposed to.
His comments make me wonder what the agenda exactly is here. It is clear to me and many other Barnet fans that there is a clear and orchestrated campaign to remove Barnet FC from the Borough of Barnet.
