HUMAN remains found in a Bushey field last Monday are those of a man who went missing in May.
After detailed forensic and investigative work police in Hertfordshire have established that the remains, found in Caldecote Hill on the corner of Elstree Road and the A41, belonged to a man called Steven Gooch, aged 44, from Harrow.
Mr Gooch, a former glassblower, had not been seen since leaving his home on May 25 last year.
The discovery of Mr Gooch's remains was made by a dog walker last Monday For full story see today's issue of the Watford Observer.
