FIREFIGHTERS from Watford, Garston, Rickmansworth and Radlett will be participating in a charity ladder climb, in memory of the two firefighters who died in Stevenage while trying to rescue a woman from a tower block blaze.
The charity ladder climb will take place outside Zara clothes store in The Harlequin shopping centre, Watford on Saturday, February 12, from 9.30am until 5pm.
All money raised when climbing the ladder will go to the Stevenage Firefighters Trust Fund, for the families of Michael Millar and Jeff Wornham, who died trying to save Natalie Close from the fire in Stevenage.
