RESIDENTS are being urged to open their gardens to the public to support The Watford Peace Hospice.
Gill Crowson, community fundraising manager, hopes that many local gardeners will rise to the challenge.
She said: "I would like to see dozens of gardens open for The Peace Hospice this summer.
"It can be a tremendously rewarding experience to see others enjoying your garden and it needn't be a lot of hard work we can provide support and back-up from the hospice. If you're not sure about opening your garden on your own perhaps you might be able to get others in your area involved, all opening on the same day."
