Artists from Watford Recycling Arts Project and Nysa Productions have been busy making artworks alongside pupils from Berry Grove, Laurence Haines and Chater Infant schools, which will be on display in the town as part of the Watford Live! festival which opens this weekend.
The Little People of Watford have been made from useful and intriguing scrap materials from WRAP, the recycling depot on Wiggenhall Road. However, these 100 per cent recycled diminutive folk have since escaped and are hiding all over the town. So now it’s up to you to find them in shop windows or hanging from lamp posts or trees. Most importantly, be on the lookout for the king, last seen wearing a golden crown and a beautiful red cloak. If you see him please go to Watford Museum to fill in a form with details of his whereabouts. Hurry there’s a reward to be had.
