The children's TV presenter went head-to-head with Brian Paddick after they received the lowest number of public votes on Saturday (29.11.08), meaning they had to take part in the 'Last Chance Saloon' to fight for their jungle survival.
The challenge turned out to be an eating and drinking contest, which vegetarian Timmy struggled with - even resorting to underhanded tactics to try and beat his rival.
Timmy was losing two rounds to one when he decided to try and put his rival off the challenge - to consume a glass of worms - by grabbing his wrist was shaken off by Brian who managed to ignore the saboteur's efforts to win the trial, meaning the presenter had to leave camp.
Returning to camp, Brian told the other celebrities about Timmy's attempt to cheat, saying: "It was very unfair, see these marks here in my arm, it's out of order. The worm was wriggling about in the glass and Timmy was dragging it out when he suddenly grabbed my arm - that was a deliberate attempt to stop me chewing and to stop me swallowing.
"He has a calculating side to him that I didn't find pleasant so I'm not going to be crying on my pillow about the fact that Timmy's gone."
However, Timmy's close friend David Van Day defended his tactics, saying in the Bush Telegraph: "Some would call it cheating, I'd call it aggressive tactics. They are making hay of it in the camp."
