An arrest warrant has been withdrawn for a man facing drug and motoring charges going back more than four years.
Elliott Walsh, 41, is alleged to have been found with a wrap of cocaine when he was stopped by police in High Road, Leavesden on a ‘Goped’ in March 2004.
Walsh, of Forest Road, Watford, was charged with using a motor vehicle without insurance or a licence and possession of drugs.
Magistrates released a warrant when he failed to answer bail, however at Watford Magistrates Court on Monday it was withdrawn as police have not located the defendant.
