KINGS LANGLEY residents are asked to look out for a missing man known to be fond of the village.
Mr Alexis Tachmintzis has been missing since the beginning of the month.
The 26-year-old was last seen leaving a relative's house in north-west London, at about 11am on Tuesday, June 3. He has not been seen since and his family are growing increasingly concerned about his whereabouts.
Police are appealing for help to trace Mr Tachmintzis, who is described as 5'10" tall and of medium build. He has an olive complexion, with straight, long black hair and brown eyes.
When he was last seen he was wearing a black leather jacket and black trousers, possibly jeans. He had on black shoes, a purple shirt and a blue jumper.
Mr Tachmintzis has been known to go missing before for short periods of time but never for this long.
In the past he has gone to open parks and is particularly fond of the Kings Langley area as he has relatives there.
Anyone with information about Mr Tachmintzis or anyone who has seen a man fitting his description should telephone the control room at Harrow Road Police Station on 020 7321 9811 or telephone Crimestoppers anonymously on 0800 555 111.
