What is it with toddlers and their possesive nature? Georgia's latest favourite word is 'mine' or as she says it, 'mines'.
It's not just her either, my nephew Charlie is the same, possesive over everything. Both willing to get in a heated debate over the most meaningless of items.
I guess it is a faze they go through, but you spend half your life trying to reason with them and bribe one to be interested in something else.
Even Georgia's cousin who now lives in Ireland, Niamh, 2, is giving her mum and dad the same. In fact, hers is more specific. She was given a new slide recently and she climbed her little way to the top but before she slid down she turned to mum and said: "Niamh's slide NOT Georgia's."
Even though the pair haven't seen a lot of each other in the last year, she clearly remembers something that means she wants to put her stamp on her property!
