A missing man never returned home after being discharged from Watford General Hospital.
Sharing further information as part of a renewed appeal, the Met Police confirmed Mateusz Gozdz left the Vicarage Road hospital at around 10pm on Monday, November 18.
The 32-year-old had told staff that he was going to a relative’s address in Croydon but never arrived.
Met Police also do not believe he returned to his home address in Feltham, Hounslow.
Mateusz is 5ft 10ins tall and was last seen wearing dark trousers, a black and white flannel jacket with a hood, and dark boots. He has short black hair and brown eyes.

Mateusz has apparently not been reported missing before, with his family describing it as highly out of character for him.
