A total of 4,833 properties would be built across these 11 sites if all of them were approved.
Each plan is at a different stage in the process, and some are likely to be “speculative” rather than something the applicant expect to have go through, but at least some of them are already approved and will be built.

How far along the process: Plans withdrawn. However, the developer has said it will return with updated plans at some point in the future.
Land North of Chipperfield Road

Bushey Golf and Country Club

How far along the process: Feasibility study ahead of potential sale of the land for it to be redeveloped.
