Suspect descriptions have been released after a 13-year-old boy was robbed in Bushey.
Police appealed for information today (November 28) after the child was targeted while walking in London Road, near the junction with Grange Road, at 3.55pm on Tuesday (November 26).
While heading home from school he was approached by three older teenagers, who pushed and threatened him before taking his coat, the force said. He was not injured.
One suspect was described as a black male, aged 17 to 18, around 5ft 10ins tall and of slim build with dreadlocks. He was seen wearing a thin black jacket, grey jogging bottoms and in possession of a grey pouch. Two further suspects were described as a white and black male, both in their late teens, wearing dark-coloured tracksuits.
Investigator Chloe Harding, from the Hertsmere Local Crime Unit, said: “This was a distressing incident for the victim and we are asking for anyone who saw what happened to please get in touch.
“Additionally, if you were driving in the area and captured any dash cam footage, please upload it to herts.police.uk/dashcamupload."
Enquiries are ongoing and information can be reported via non-emergency number 101, quoting reference 41/100269/24.
