Two burglary reports from the same road involved offenders smashing a door and a window before ransacking the inside.
Herts Police shared alerts on their Herts Connected platform, asking anyone with information on the Whitelands Avenue, Chorleywood, break-ins to get in touch yesterday (November 26).
The first is thought to have happened between 1.30pm and 6pm on Saturday (November 23). It was reported that a burglar or multiple burglars got in by walking along the flat roof above the rear patio and smashing a bedroom window.
The property was ransacked, with the offender(s) taking items before leaving by unknown means.
