New management has taken over at a Watford dental practice - which says it is now taking NHS patients with no waiting list.
Eastbury Dental Practice, in Eastbury Road, changed hands at the end of October, with practitioner Dr Shilan Shah taking over as principal dentist.
In a post on social media yesterday (November 21), he announced the news that the practice is currently taking on new NHS patients.
Dr Shah wrote: "As we have expanded services we will be able to see patients same day or within a few days at the moment."
Prospective patients are able to register their interest by filling out a form online, with their personal and medical details.

It comes at a time when Watford, like the rest of the UK, is facing something of a dental crisis.
Earlier this year, the Watford Observer found that fewer than half of dental surgeries (13 of 31) in the town were taking on new NHS patients - with many having long waiting lists.
Before July's General Election, Labour had pledged to “rescue NHS dentistry” by providing 700,000 new urgent and emergency appointments with a focus retaining dentists to improve services in the long-term.
