An appeal for information to help police find a missing Watford 20-year-old has been launched.
Herts Police are asking for the public’s help to trace Chelsea, who was last seen at around noon on Saturday, November 17, at her home address.
She is described as being five-feet-five inches tall, with shoulder length brown hair that is usually tied in a ponytail.
Update: police have announced that Chelsea has been found this morning (November 22)

“Police are growing increasingly concerned for Chelsea’s welfare,” a spokesperson for the force said.
“If you believe you are with Chelsea now or have seen her in the last few moments, please call 999 immediately.”
