Two cars crashed in Kings Langley High Street this morning (November 20).
Police were called shortly after 6am to the collision between a black Audi and blue Hyundai, which saw both vehicles damaged but no one injured.
Residents on social media said it happened at the junction with Vicarage Lane.
As of 10.45am, there was still traffic at the Langley Hill and Vicarage Lane junctions to High Street, according to Google Maps. It is unclear if that is linked to the crash.
A405 crash
There was also a collision this morning on the A405 North Orbital Road, by junction 6 of the M1, which involved two cars and a van at 7am.
Police said no one was injured but there were long delays either side of the junction throughout rush hour as the vehicles were recovered.
Hertfordshire has been hit by bad weather in recent days, with heavy rain, sleet and in some cases snow battering the county - potentially contributing to slippery roads.
