A Lexus driver has been handed a driving ban and ordered to pay more than £1,000 after damaging two parked cars in a hit-and-run.
Nnamdi Megwa pleaded guilty last month to being the driver of a vehicle involved in a road accident in Grove Road, Rickmansworth, on April 15.
During a further appearance at Stevenage Magistrates' Court on Thursday, November 14, the 59-year-old was given a six-month driving ban, due to a points disqualification, and a £845 fine.

Megwa, of Fotherley Road in Rickmansworth, was also ordered to pay £110 in costs and a £338 surcharge, for a total of £1,293 to be paid by December 12.
He had apparently been driving a Lexus in Grove Road, Rickmansworth, on April 15 which caused an accident that damaged two other vehicles – a Lexus and Toyota.
The motorist admitted to failing to give their name and address or report what happened to police either as soon as was reasonably practicable or within 24 hours.
