A proposal to improve the facilities at a Hertfordshire football club is among the latest planning applications submitted to Watford, Three Rivers, Dacorum and Hertsmere councils.
Leverstock Green FC has applied to Dacorum Borough Council for permission to build new terracing and a stand at its ground in Pancake Lane, Hemel Hempstead.
The application form states the improvements are needed "due to promotion to Step 4 football as stated by the FA regulations".
The plans involve erecting covered terracing for 110 people at one end of the pitch, opposite the car park, and for a new seated stand for 50 spectators next to existing seats, opposite the clubhouse.
The Southern League Division One Central club has also applied for permission to construct new outdoor toilets.
Take a look through our extensive list below to see if there are any new developments planned near where you live.
It includes those applications validated by Watford, Three Rivers and Dacorum councils in the week beginning November 11, plus those related to Aldenham, Bushey, Radlett and Watford submitted to Hertsmere Borough Council in the week ending November 10.
