A 25-flat site in Bushey Heath is up for sale as a “development opportunity” with “potential for site intensification”.
Listings for Jubilee Flats in Greenwood Close, Langmede Drive, were shared yesterday (November 14) inviting offers starting from £5.5 million for the freehold as an investment.
The six blocks, built in 1935, contain 25 one and two-bedroom apartments which are fully let.
There is also a former chapel within its boundaries which has been converted into a two-bedroom home.

According to the brochure, via chartered surveyors Brunton Knowles, a buyer could seek to build more homes at the site.
It currently contains “generous” amenity space and off-road parking.
It is therefore advertised as a development opportunity but there are no details of what kind of development could take place.
The property brochure described Bushey Heath as a “sought-after area known for its peaceful residential neighbourhoods, green spaces, and convenient access to amenities”.
