The victim was walking towards an underpass at the junction with Peace Drive and Cassiobury Drive when he was approached at around 5.30pm yesterday (November 11).
They threatened him and took his headphones and Oyster card, police said, before the victim fled and called the force.
Today police said three 17-year-olds and an 18-year-old were arrested at the train station in Lower High Street on suspicion of robbery, after officers worked with CCTV operators to find the suspects.
