A new proposal for a major warehouse development is among the latest planning applications submitted to Watford, Three Rivers, Dacorum and Hertsmere councils.
The Watford Observer reported that outline plans for for a 30,000-square-metre project by the A41 were approved by Hertsmere Borough Council in August after they were scaled down from an initial 45,000-square-metres in response to planning officers’ comments.
However, the applicant has now submitted another application for the full 45,000-square-metres.
