A proposal to extend a fast food takeaway is among the latest planning applications submitted to Watford, Three Rivers, Dacorum and Hertsmere councils.

Bovingdon Kebab and Pizza, in High Street, Bovingdon has applied to Dacorum Borough Council for permission to build a single storey rear extension to its premises "to extend and improve" the existing kitchen facilities.

In a separate application, permission is also being sought to create two self-contained studio apartments on the first floor of the premises.
