A man from Watford has been added to the Sex Offenders' Register and ordered to pay compensation after being convicted of voyeurism.
Pankaj Prajapati, of Ashridge Drive, was found guilty of recording a private act when he appeared at St Albans Magistrates' Court last month.
Following the preparation of a pre-sentence report, the 45-year-old returned to court today (October 31) to be sentenced after recording somebody doing a private act in Watford without consent for the purpose of sexual gratification.
Prajapati will be required to join the Sex Offenders' Register and complete unpaid work to comply with a community order.
He was also ordered to pay £150 in compensation to his victim.
