Watford Women have thrown their support behind a sponsored walk to raise money to buy state-of-the-art equipment to help in the fight against breast cancer.
The Golden Girls have produced this video featuring club captain Megan Chandler and teammates Flo Fyfe, Anne Meiwald and Dre Georgiou urging people to back the West Herts Hospitals’ Charity appeal by taking part in Sunday’s Titty Trail.
The 11-mile trek from Watford General Hospital to St Albans City Hospital – where the breast cancer unit is based – will see proceeds go to the appeal to raise £200,000 to buy two Savi Scout surgical guidance systems, which use radar technology to precisely target and remove cancerous tissue.

“The Titty Trail is a fantastic opportunity for our community to come together and make a real difference,” said the charity’s CEO Alison Rosen.
“The funds raised will help us bring the latest technology to our breast unit at St Albans City Hospital, improving care for countless patients in Hertfordshire. We encourage everyone to join us, whether by running, supporting, or donating.”
The breast cancer appeal is being supported by the Watford Observer and its sister title, the Herts Advertiser.
