A teenager has denied attempted murder after shots were fired towards a home in Bushey.
Almamie Jawara, of Leveret Close in Watford, appeared at St Albans Crown Court yesterday (October 29) in relation to reports of gunshots in Woolmerdine Court in September.
The 19-year-old was present for a trial and preparation hearing, where he pleaded not guilty before being remanded into custody until his next court date, a Herts Police spokesperson said.
The force has been contacted for confirmation of the next appearance date.

Armed officers and a police helicopter were called to the area at 4.25pm on September 15 to search for a suspect, but no arrests were made at the time. No injuries were reported.
A police investigation later saw Jawara arrested and charged with attempted murder and possession of a firearm with intent to endanger life.
He also pleaded not guilty to the possession charge at yesterday's hearing.
At the time of the incident, Detective Sergeant George Lewin said: “This is believed to have been a targeted incident as part of an ongoing dispute.
“Residents deserve to feel safe in their community and I hope news of this charge provides reassurance that we take all incidents seriously and will respond appropriately.”
