Poppies have been placed on lampposts across North Watford as part of a tradition to remember those who "gave everything for our freedom".
For the past six years, councillor Asif Khan has led the tradition of putting up poppies across the area, with the help of residents, businesses, and the Scouts.
This year, Cllr Khan was joined by Watford MP Matt Turmaine.
Mr Turmaine said: "It was fantastic to see so many people come together for this important cause.
"The poppy display is a powerful reminder of the sacrifices made, and I'm proud to be part of a community that values and honours this tradition."
Cllr Khan added he was pleased that the 'Tommies' and the 'Women in War' silhouettes ordered for North Watford were put up again this year.
"It’s all about remembrance, honouring those who gave everything for our freedom," he said.
"I want to thank everyone who came out to help – your support makes this effort truly special."
