A Watford man will appear in crown court charged with a string of crimes involving possession of weapons and drugs.
Rickell Bickram, 32, appeared at Willesden Magistrates’ Court on Friday, October 18, accused of possessing “a weapon designed or adapted for the discharge of a noxious liquid, namely pepper spray".
It is alleged to have happened on Thursday (October 17) in Chalk Hill, near Oxhey.
On the same day, the Chalk Hill resident is accused of having a bladed article and £3,000 of criminal cash in Otterspool Way, Watford.

Bickram is also charged with possession with intent to supply cocaine in Chalk Hill between January 1 and October 18, and possession with intent to supply cannabis in the same road on October 17.
No plea or indicated plea is listed in the court documents.
The case has been sent to Harrow Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing on November 15. He has been released on bail.
