A 17-year-old from Watford is in custody ahead of a crown court appearance over charges including rape.
The teenager, who cannot be named for legal reasons, appeared in Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Friday (October 18) and was remanded ahead of an appearance in Inner London Crown Court on November 1.
He has been charged with four counts of rape of a woman aged 16 or over and four counts of assault of a female by penetration.
Offences are alleged to have occurred on three different days, according to court documents.
Two assault charges refer to offences on September 24, in Brighton and at St Pancras Train Station.

One rape charge and two assault charges refer to offences on October 11, allegedly taking place on a train stationary at Gatwick station, on a train travelling from Bedford to Gatwick, and at Bedford Railway Station.
Three rape charges refer to offences on October 12, between Gatwick and Bedford station.
The crown court appearance is set to be for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
