- One lane in was closed on the M25 between junctions 17 and 16 anticlockwise following a crash.
- National Highways traffic officers were on the scene.
- There were around 50 minutes of delays against normal traffic at around 7.45am.
- There is a yellow weather warning for fog from the Met Office in place for Hertfordshire this morning, from 4am to 9am.
- A Thames Valley Police spokesperson confirmed that there was a four-vehicle crash and a separate broken-down vehicle on the M25 between Maple Cross and the M40 this morning.
- Both have since been cleared.
