Watford residents are reminded to check their timetables as weekly recycling bin collections end next week.
Blue-lidded bins will be collected once every two weeks for most homes in the town from Monday, October 21, after the Watford Borough Council decision was confirmed at the end of July.
All other bin collection frequencies will remain the same.
Households can check when their next collection will be here.

Only low-rise properties are affected by the change, which means houses and individual flats in blocks of up to five. Larger blocks of flats with six or more properties and those with access to communal recycling facilities are excluded and will continue to receive a weekly collection.
Households with four or more permanent residents are entitled to request an additional 240-litre recycling bin while those with a 140-litre recycling bin can swap it for a 240-litre recycling bin.
However the deadline to receive the bin before the change comes into force has already passed.
Residents are able to put additional side recycling out, if clearly marked or in a clear sack, next to their recycling bin on collection day and extenuating circumstances will apparently be considered at the council’s discretion.
