12 fire engines were sent to the the incident, with the unit completely destroyed by the blaze.
Ten months on, there are plans to restore the unit, with the owners putting an application in to Three Rivers District Council.
The plans would see the restoration of the fire damaged unit, as well as the restoration of neighbouring walls which were damaged by the blaze.
In a letter accompanying the application, agents 1050 Architects write: "This development is for the reinstatement of a relatively small, previously fire damaged industrial unit.
"The site was burned out following the fire in early 2024 and then contaminated by its historic asbestos containing roof that collapsed into the site."
At the time of the fire, co-owner Sebastien Domb said: “What I was thinking was nothing you could print in a newspaper, just how much of a headache it would be, how much disruption it will cause to everyone."
The planning application can be viewed by visiting the Three Rivers planning portal and entering the reference 24/1562/FUL.
