A Watford man is set to appear in crown court over alleged robbery and criminal damage.
Alex Keane, of Hemming Way, was arrested after it was reported that a man had entered Apsley Supermarket in Dickinson Quay and assaulted a member of staff before stealing around £150 in cash from the till.
Herts Police were called shortly after 10.50am on Thursday, October 3.

The force have confirmed that they made an arrest on Tuesday evening (October 8).
Keane appeared in Hatfield Magistrates’ Court yesterday morning (October 10) and was granted bail, with conditions.
The 43-year-old is next due to appear before Luton Crown Court on November 11.

Earlier this afternoon, Herts Police confirmed that a man had been arrested after a gun was reportedly pulled during a row in atria Watford on September 24.
Louis Brown, 23, of Union Street, Luton, was charged with possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear or violence.
He appeared in Hatfield Magistrates’ Court on Monday (October 7) and was remanded into custody. He is next due to appear at St Albans Crown Court on Tuesday, November 5.
Officers previously charged Mohammed Al-Saadi, 23, of Eltham Avenue, Slough, with possession of a firearm with intent to cause fear or violence and possession of a knife/bladed article. Al-Saadi will next appear at St Albans Crown Court on October 24.
