Herts Police are investigating after an E-bike rider hit a pedestrian, leaving him unconscious.
The force shared an appeal for information this afternoon (October 11) after being called to the scene of the smash, at an Aldenham Road, Bushey, pedestrian crossing between 3pm and 3.25pm on Friday, September 27.
The victim, a man in his forties, was taken to hospital after losing consciousness.
Police have confirmed that the suspect remained at the scene and has been identified.

PC Jolanta Kublin said: “Our enquiries are continuing, and I am urging anyone with information to please come forward.
