- A crash on the A405 St Albans North Orbital Road heading towards Park Street Roundabout caused long days which have since been cleared.
- The driver has been arrested following with suggestions they were "unfit to drive".
- They are currently in hopsital being checked over by police.
- Police are still at the scene.
