A man from Abbots Langley will appear in crown court accused of possessing ketamine, MDMA and cannabis with intent to supply.
Glenn Mooney, of Tylersfield, was charged with the three offences after they allegedly took place in Haringey, London, on Thursday, October 3.
He is accused of possession with intent to supply Class B drugs cannabis and ketamine, and Class A drug MDMA.
The 43-year-old’s case was heard at Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on October 5 before being sent to Wood Green Crown Court for a plea and trial preparation hearing scheduled for November 7.
No plea or indicated plea is listed in the court documents. He has been bailed ahead of the next appearance.
Also in court
In a separate case, a Watford man was forced to pay £1,845 for driving his BMW fewer than 15 yards while over the legal limit for alcohol.
Nathan Mistry, of Queens Road, appeared in Bolton Magistrates’ Court on September 27 and admitted to driving while over the legal limit in Mawdsley Street, Bolton, on July 17, 2022.
He was fined £1,257 and must also pay a £503 victim services surcharge and £85 in costs.
However, the 31-year-old was not given a driving ban, as court documents state there was “no possibility of risk to other road users”.
This was because of the short distance he drove, which was “no more than 15 yards to park up his car that had been damaged in a car park in the early hours of the morning”.
