The windows of a Tesco store were left smashed after burglars broke in and made off with the tills.
Herts Police are investigating the burglary, which is believed to have happened between 11pm on Tuesday (October 1) and 4.50am the following day.
The store's front window was smashed before two tills were taken. There were rumours of a “ram-raid”, but it appears that a large stone was used to break the glass.
