A man is set to appear in crown court over the alleged sexual assault of a 14-year-old girl.
Dwane Ryan, of Station Road in Kings Langley, appeared in Highbury Corner Magistrates’ Court on Monday, September 30, over two charges of sexual assault on a female.
According to court documents, both are for offences in the Borough of Enfield, London, on April 17, 2022, and the victim was aged 14.

It is alleged that the 48-year-old intentionally touched a girl “and that touching was sexual when she did not consent” and he “did not reasonably believe that she was consenting”, for both charges.
Ryan is listed as having either pleaded not guilty or not entered a plea.
He has been released on bail, with conditions, ahead of an appearance in Wood Green Crown Court on October 30 for a plea and trial preparation hearing.
