A Rickmansworth digital marketing agency has been named one of the UK's best workplaces in 2024, according to a survey.
Distinctly was recognised in the Great Place To Work survey for its workplace environment, which focuses on SEO, paid media, and digital PR.
The agency, which works with clients like JVC and Arsenal FC, was also named one of the UK’s best workplaces for women earlier this year.
The survey found that 95 per cent of respondents agreed that "people are encouraged to balance their work life and their personal life" at Distinctly, compared to the UK average of 61 per cent.
Distinctly's managing director, Tom Shurville, said: "It’s fantastic to receive recognition for our workplace culture, having been a prime area of focus in our development since we began over 15 years ago."
The agency, which has its headquarters in Rickmansworth High Street, expanded into central London in 2022 and opened a new office space in Old Street in 2023.
Distinctly currently has 40 employees and a staff retention rate of 90 per cent over the last 12 months.
