Commuters at Watford Junction faced continued rail chaos this evening after a person was struck and killed by a train near Bushey.

Rail services to and from London were cancelled or severely delayed as station staff told customers all the platforms at Euston Station were "full", meaning trains had to be held at a red signal until a space had been freed-up.

Passengers were pictured lined up at Watford Junction at around 7pm today (September 26) as they crammed onto the few services that were going ahead, while large crowds were also seen waiting to board at London Euston.
