A Watford High Street unit could be divided in two after the lease was put on the market.
Unit 90-92 The Parade, occupied by SRS Microsystems Camera Shop, has been made available for lease for £6,042 via commercial property specialists Brasier Freeth.
The business will not be closing but has confirmed it is in lease negotiations with its current landlord, with one of the possibilities being that the shop could become two units with the camera shop occupying one.

A listing for the location, between Window to the Womb and Hintons Pharmacy, says it is a "double-fronted store arranged over both ground floor and basement levels".
It also highlights the rear service road and loading area as well as two car parking spaces at the back.
Details on how dividing it in half would work are apparently available to businesses on request.
