Drivers are set to experience some delays to their journeys if orders to temporarily close roads in the Watford Observer's area are made.
Herts County Council has published its intention to make orders to prohibit vehicles from using roads in Bushey, Kings Langley and Sarratt in the Public Notice Portal.
This is used to access all of the upcoming and recent information about various restrictions and notices.
Here are five notices we’ve rounded up which could affect residents in Rickmansworth, Bushey, Kings Langley and Sarratt.
Coldharbour Lane, Bushey – temporary closure
Herts County Council is intending to make an order to prevent motorists from using Coldharbour Lane, Bushey, from its junction with Ryder Close north eastwards to its junction with Little Bushey Lane, a distance of approximately 635m, except for access, so roadworks can be carried out.
Additionally, all vehicles will be prohibited from waiting at any time on both sides of this length of the road whilst works are in progress.
This order will come into force on September 16, if made, and be valid for up to 18 months but the restrictions will only apply at times shown on signs at or near the road.

The county council is intending to make an order to prohibit vehicles from using Toms Lane, Kings Langley, from a point 120m north east of its junction with Primrose Hill north eastwards for a distance of approximately 35m, except for access.
This is to allow utility service works to be carried out.
If the order is made, it will come into effect on September 18 and be valid for up to 18 months but the restrictions will only apply at times shown on signs at or near the road.
