The incident happened close to the Halvergate turn, when the pair were both riding an orange Sinnis motorcycle which was involved in a crash with an Audi TT.
It happened at around 11.40pm on the Friday, but both men were confirmed to have died in the early hours of the Saturday.
Police later confirmed that the motorcycle Mr Wilson and Mr Knock were riding had been reported as stolen from Pottergate in Norwich less than an hour earlier.
The incident saw the main road close for more than 12 hours while police carried out crash scene investigations. It did not open until just after 1pm on the Saturday.
The driver of the Audi TT was taken to hospital after suffering minor injuries and has since been discharged.
Mrs Lake adjourned the cases for full inquests, which are scheduled to be held on Monday, February 17, next year.
