Magistrates have ordered a learner motorcyclist from Watford to pay over £600 after he was caught on the M1 without insurance.
Mohammad Ishola, of Grasmere Close, appeared at Bromley Magistrates’ Court on August 22 accused of riding his Yamaha GPD on the near junction three in London on May 29, 2023, with out of date L-plates.
Learner motorcyclists have two years to pass their full test, but by May last year Ishola still did not have a valid test certificate despite registering the vehicle in December 2017.
