History enthusiasts will be able to take advantage of a series of events at Watford landmarks.
Heritage Open Days will return from September 6 to 15, including guided tours of Pump House Theatre and Arts Centre, which will run from 3.30pm to 5pm on September 6 and 11am to 12.30pm on September 7.

Hertfordshire Fire Museum will provide an insight into firefighting techniques of the past and present from 12pm to 4pm on September 7.
Friends of Watford Museum will deliver a talk on the town’s history at the Town Hall from 2pm to 4pm on September 11.
Watford – What’s Your Story, a creative writing workshop for sharing memories of the town, will be held from 1am to 3pm on September 14.
St Matthews Church, Oxhey, will welcome visitors from 11am to 7pm on September 6, St Mary’s Church will open from 10am to 2pm on September 14, and residents can tour Holy Rood Church starting at 2pm on September 7 and 13.
