Repeated harassment has left a South Oxhey resident feeling unsafe in his own home, sparking a police CCTV appeal.
The victim, a man in his 30s, reported that his front door had been kicked and the doorbell rung on three occasions between Thursday, August 8, and Monday, August 19.
In an appeal this afternoon (August 27), officers released a CCTV image of a person they believe was in the area at the time and be able to help their investigation.
PC Marcus Zost said: “These incidents have occurred multiple times and have made the victim feel unsafe in their own home.
- '£22k fraudster' among 12 people added to Herts Police wanted list in August
- Cars smashed after family home targeted by thugs
“As part of the ongoing investigation I am keen to identify the individual pictured as they were in the area at the material times and may have vital information.
"Due to the perceived age of the individual, we have obscured their face, but hope that the eye-catching outfit is recognisable.”
Police do not have a description of the harasser and they are not believed to be known to each other.
