Twelve people have been added to Hertfordshire Police's wanted list this month, including a man accused of a roofing scam worth £22,000.
In August, officers were also searching for a serial shoplifter convicted of stealing over £300 of sweets and chocolate, as well as a 19-year-old who is wanted by multiple police forces.
Anyone with potential information on their whereabouts has been asked to contact the force via 101 or their website using the individual reference number.
Patrick Ryan
A warrant was released for the arrest of Patrick Ryan after he did not appear at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on July 26 over fraud by false representation and acquiring criminal property.
The 37-year-old, who is known to frequent Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Reading, is accused of falsely convincing a Watford woman that she need to carry out works to the roof of her property to the cost of £22,150.

James Heaney
James Heaney was added to the wanted list on August 1 after he failed to attend St Albans Magistrates’ Court on June 27.
The 26-year-old, whose last address was in Watford, was due to be sentenced over and causing £200 of damage to a police van on March 22 and possession of cannabis on April 19 in Abbots Langley.

Barry Mahoney
Watford man Barry Mahoney, 42, is wanted by Hertfordshire Police after he did not appear at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on July 26 over malicious communications

Andre Walton
Andre Walton was added to the wanted list on August 5 over failing to attend Hatfield Magistrates’ Court on May 25 for shoplifting.
The 42-year-old, who has links to Enfield, was due to be sentenced for breaking his 24-month conditional discharge order on May 27, 2023 over nine theft convictions, including stealing 30 coffee jars worth £140, £318.50 of sweets and chocolate and £120 of washing capsules.

Delroy Palmer
Officers were also searching for Delroy Palmer, 45, who is wanted on recall to prison.

Arnold Taylor
Arnold Taylor was added to the wanted list on August 7 after he failed to attend Stevenage Magistrates’ Court two days earlier over shoplifting.
Police said the 47-year-old is known to frequent Stevenage and North London.

Karl Barham
Police announced on August 19 that they were looking for Karl Barham, who is wanted on recall to prison.
Officers said the 48-year-old has links to Aylesford in Kent, Colchester in Essex and Coulsdon in Surrey.

Parmod Kumar
Officers have a warrant for the arrest of Parmod Kumar, 56 and with links to Potters Bar and Ealing, over an alleged breach of his suspended sentence order.

Kevin Burton
Kevin Burton was added to the wanted list on August 20 after he did not turn up to Stevenage Magistrates’ Court charged with driving without due care and attention, without a drivers licence, and failing to stop after a crash.
The 50-year-old’s last address was in Harlow in Essex, although police said he also frequents Cheshunt and Waltham Cross.

Sebastian Beqiri
Officers are searching for Sebastin Beqiri, 19, whose last known address was in Edmonton, North London.
The teen, who is also wanted by Avon & Somerset Police and Sussex Police, did not appear at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on July 16 over driving document offences,

Robert Ward
Robert Ward, of no fixed abode in Tring, was added to the Hertfordshire Police wanted list on August 21.
The 41-year-old did not appear at St Albans Magistrates’ Court on August 20 over assaulting a police officer and causing criminal damage to a police car’s wing mirror.

Maria Rupita
Maria Rupita is wanted by officers for failing to attend St Albans Magistrates’ Court over theft.
Police said the 29-year-old is known to frequent the areas of Hertfordshire and London.
