Land that has planning permission for a new home in between two houses in Watford has been put up for sale.
The 117-square metre-plot next to 104 Estcourt Road has now gone on the market for £135,000 after being earmarked for a one-bedroom home.
Part of the site has already been developed into a five-bedroom house, with the rest of the area blocked off by hoarding saying "land acquired for clients" for around 10 years.

The new listing describes it as an “unique opportunity to acquire a prime piece of land on the highly sought-after” road.
It comes after Watford Borough Council approved the house plan in July following three applications for the vacant plot since 2020.
If it goes ahead as planned, the two-storey home will have a lounge area and kitchen on the ground-floor, with stairs up to the first-floor bedroom and a garden to the rear.
The applicant said the design would be an "innovative design of exceptional quality that forms an acceptable relationship with the neighbouring property".
Two applications to put a two-bedroom property there were previously blocked over “poor” design, while a third for a single bedroom home was withdrawn in December 2023.
