New ONS data has revealed the areas of Watford where residents enjoy access to the most garden space.

Everyone loves to take advantage of the warm summer weather (when we get it!) in a nice spacious garden, but unfortunately not every home offers much outside room.

Often it depends which part of a town or city you live in, with land in more densely packed areas coming at a premium.

Online Marketing Surgery and MG Timber have collated the government data in their Garden Space Report and created the following top 10 list for Watford.

The Cassiobury area tops the list by quite a distance with 965,09-square-metres of garden space. Unfortunately for prospective buyers it also tops the list of Watford’s most expensive areas.

Next is Stanborough, followed by Garston, Leggatts, Woodside and Leavesden Green, third most expensive area Tudor, Holywell, and North Watford at number 10.
