Students have shown their “hard work and dedication” through their top GCSE scores, a Bushey secondary school has said.
The Grange Academy is celebrating its Year 11 pupils’ results today as performance in English and maths has risen by 5 per cent on 2023.
Headteacher Danny Bryant said: "These results are not just a reflection of academic success, but of the resilience and determination of our students.
"We have worked tirelessly to support them, and we are thrilled to see so many of our students able to go on to their desired destinations within education, with many staying with us at The Grange Academy Sixth Form for 2024-25.

"Whether they are moving on to Sixth Form or pursuing other opportunities, they leave The Grange Academy equipped with the knowledge and confidence they need to succeed."
It shared photos of pupils who achieved notable results such as Mannan Handa who got the top grade 9 for six subjects and grade eight in the other five.Lucy South also achieved grade eight for two subjects, six at grade seven, and grade six for another two, while Patricia Okpeku received one grade nine, six grade eights, and three grade sevens.
