The UK’s second-biggest housebuilder has moved into Kings Langley office space the size of three tennis courts.
Alchemy Asset Management has today (August 22) announced that Taylor Wimpey UK has signed a 10-year lease on an 8,238-square-foot office at Tristan Capital Partners’ The Dock building.
It will use the ground floor as the regional hub for Taylor Wimpey North Thames.

Alchemy Asset Management director Guy Bishop said: “It is great to secure such a recognised name in Taylor Wimpey as a new tenant at The Dock.
“We are finding that the building is attracting strong interest from occupiers looking for sustainability-led, grade A, well-located, modern workspaces which help them to retain and attract talent and The Dock provides this in an attractive setting by the Grand Union Canal.
“This recent letting to Taylor Wimpey is testament to this and we look forward to announcing further new arrivals in due course.”
The Dock, half a mile from Kings Langley railway station, was constructed as part of a campus of three buildings in 2015 before being refurbished in 2021.
Taylor Wimpey has been responsible for several schemes in Watford, including at the Little Furze School site, as well as proposals for hundreds of homes in Bovingdon, Chorleywood and Abbots Langley.
